Figueres’ onions



This is an onion of the “ceba de Figueres” variety, which is produced in the regions of Alt and Baix Empordà, and which owes its characteristics to the climatic and geographical conditions of the Alt Empordà region. It has a sweet flavour and a soft consistency. It is pinkish in colour and has a slightly squashed shape.

Harvest takes place during the months of June and July
