In the village of Garriguella, in the middle of Empordà, we find the Mas Llunes winery. A winery founded by the Roig family, with a 700 year wine tradition.
The philosophy of this family winery is to elaborate its wines exclusively from the grapes of their own vineyards and prioritize the use of autochthonous varieties of the Empordà, which allows them to control the whole process, from work to Vine to the bottling of the finished wine.
The winery practices agriculture and elaboration that respects the environment and human health. It is currently under conversion to ecological.
The result of this work and way of doing has been recognized several times in national and international competitions and wine guides.
In addition to the elaboration of the wines it is worth mentioning the wide wine tourism offer. They make visits to the cellar and vineyards, historical visits and a visit with a unique and innovative tasting, Sensorial Tasting.
