HELP US PRESERVE THE PARK !!
Respect the installations, the signs, the itineraries and the prohibited areas.
When observing or taking photographs, you do not have to leave the trails.
Camping out is only allowed on the established campgrounds, or in special cases, on the grounds planned for this use.
Use the trashcans and if there are not any available, take waste home with you. Leave the park as clean as you found it.
You will meet in an agricultural area where many people leave.
MAKE SURE YOUR VISIT DOES NOT BOTHER THEM …
The best time to observe the birds is in the morning and at dusk, and when there are most of the species in migration (March – May and August – October), although interesting species can be seen all year long.
Binoculars are essential to observe the birds (if you do not have any, they can be rented at the information center)
It is best to dress mimetically in order to not scare the birds and to be able to observe them better. If it has rained, it is important to wear rain boots.
Mosquito repellant is recommended.
Entrance to the observatories and trails is free. For school groups and groups of more than 15 persons, prior reservations are required and we recommend contracting the services of a guide by phoning the Park’s information center.
Drive carefully on the rural roads and trails.
In the natural reserves, it is prohibited to bother, damage or take any kind of animal or plant, live or dead.
Staying overnight in the natural reserves is prohibited, as well as sleeping in the shelters and observatories.
Unleashed dogs are not allowed on the trails of the natural reserves.
The reserves may only be visited on foot. Vehicles must be left in the available parking lots.
However, from July 1 through September 15, the beach of the natural reserve of Las Llaunes may be accessed by a single marked trail only on bicycle. Bicycles may only be used on some sections of the routes of the reserves (those that join other areas)
