Morning Move with Clara B Dance and Barre at Jaciment d’Empúries, L’Escala

The “Morning Move” event will begin by awakening the body through a ClaB session that includes exercises from the barre method, aiming to connect body and mind through the rhythm of music and toning. Gradually, you will feel how your posture changes, strength and toning awaken, and the mind connects with the body in an idyllic environment. The activity will end with a light and healthy snack in the gardens of the archaeological site, followed by a self-guided visit to the Empúries archaeological complex with an audio guide.

Empúries is an exceptional archaeological site where the remains of the Greek city of Emporion and the Roman city of Emporiae coexist. The streets, houses, and public buildings of both cities hold two thousand years of history and preserve the legacy of the ancient classical cultures that once lived there. Within the itinerary, there is a wide range of Roman mosaic collections and the Hellenistic image of the Greek god of medicine, Asclepius.

It is recommended to bring a yoga mat.
